So we tasked a traditional English jam maker to make us a range of luxurious sweet, juicy and aromatic preserves and marmalades. With tangy fruity notes and a zesty frisson, he has created a range of incredible quality.

With production processes that protect the fruits sensational flavours, he makes all our preserves by hand in a purpose built jam factory in amongst the fields of his family home. Making sure they are made in small batches, in a slow artisanal manner, and taking care that the finest quality ingredients are sourced, the range bursts with distinctive fresh tastes and natural flavour.
